PADS: Subnet errors from correctly connected signals?
1992 1 Aug 02.2019, 17:50:01

I am getting "blaa subnet #1 of GPIO1" -type errors from PADS layout connectivity check. I am getting a bunch of these errors and as far as I can see everything is hunky dory. For example  this specific net is just a plain point-to-point signal going from the processor to a connector via an ESD protection device. Even if I redo the whole trace this error will still be pointing at the ESD protection device pad and the connector pad. Does anyone have any idea why am I getting errors like these and how to get rid of them? I'm only getting them from some signals/parts and as far as I can see there is no pattern. On some components I get the errors from each and every pad and somewhere else just from one pad.

Check any holes on the net, parts & such for "non plated" Check for un-connected copper that may not be visible, CTRL-Alt-C
