SMD practice kit with stencil

So... I've just finished retrofitting a toaster oven to be an SMD reflow solder oven. Before I "dive off the deep end" I'd like to practice with some boards (read: I don't want to wreck the design it's intended for including all the components).
Does anyone know of a source for practice kits with board, components and stencil? I've searched and can easily find SMD practice kits, but these don't come with a stencil, so obviously intended for hand soldering practice. There's the one from Beta Layout and I may go with this, but are there others?
Thanks in advance.

Can you just try your current PCB design populated with the cheap components, and if that looks good then reflow it again with the more expensive ones?  Using your own PCB will at least show any issues with thermal mass of certain components or PCB areas.
