Small run of flex circuits with tight clearance (0.4mm BGA)

I'm looking to manufacture a small run (~10 units) of flex boards. The board is roughly 14 x 40 mm, with two bend points. Four layers would be optimal, but we could probably make it work with two. The design has 1-2 0.4mm pitch BGA chips, so trace width and clearance needs to be tight.
Do you have any experience of a fab that could do this?

With 0.4mm BGA and more than two rows, you will almost definitely need an HDI PCB to get it routed. PCBGOGO can do it.
