Sensor manufacturer PCB Piezotronics announces the formation of the PCB Automotive Products Division, a dedicated sales and technical support facility located in Novi, MI, devoted exclusively to the global automotive test market, including vehicle NVH and dynamics; vehicle and component durability; legislative, safety, and crash issues; and powertrain testing applications.
Appointed to lead the newly formed division as Director of Sales and Marketing is Jeff Case, a 15-year veteran of the automotive industry. Case was formerly Chief Program Engineer at Ricardo North America, and his areas of expertise include all aspects of vehicle NVH, as well as general vehicle development, systems engineering, and vehicle program management.
Notes PCB President John Lally, “Throughout our 40-year history, PCB has been committed to total customer satisfaction, which has historically included the tailoring of sales, applications engineering, and customer service support to specific customer needs. The establishment of the PCB Automotive Products Division will help us achieve that goal within this very important market sector, while helping our organization grow and evolve, in sync with the growing and evolving needs of our valued customer base.”
A formal introduction of the new division will take place at the Automotive Testing Expo North America, October 21–26, at the Rock Financial Showplace in Novi, MI. PCB will showcase a special PCB Automotive Technologies Pavilion, with a series of active demonstrations and an IndyCar display with Andretti Green Racing.
