   PCB is the shorthand of printed circuit board.it’s named as printed circuit board and printed wiring board in China.it’s the importance of electronic components and the supporter of components.Also it’s the supplier of electrical connection .The reasons why it’s called printed circuit board is making by printing.

PCB circuit’s history

The inventor of PCB is Paul Eisler, who took PCB in an radio equipment in 1936.The American took the technology frequently in military radio in 1943,in 1948,the America agreed with the invention in formal and made use of business .Since the middle of 1950s,PCB began to make full of use.

Before PCB circuit appear,the electronic components ‘ interconnection relied on the wire to connect all the time.However,PCB is only an effective tool to test now.PCB has took up an absolute place in electronic industry.

PCB circuit’s design

The design of PCB is based on schematic diagram to achieve the function,which is needed by designer.PCB circuit’s design is aimed to layout design with outer linking layout, inner optimization layout,mental line and via holes,electromagnetic protect ,heat dissipation and so on .A good design could save the cost ,and then achieve a better performance of circuit and heat dissipation .A simple design could achieve by hand,and a complicated design does it by means of CAD.

 PCB circuit’s classification

According to the classification of layers: Single-sided board ,Double-sided board and Multi-layer board.Normal multi-layer board is 4 layers or 6 layers.the complicated multi-layer is over 10 layers.

The main part type of PCB 3:

Single-sided board is in the most basis PCB.the components focus on the one side,while the track is on the other side.The reasons why PCB is called “Single-sided”is track only occurs on the one side .Single-sided board has mass strict limit in the wiring (because there is only one side ,the track has to reel single route).So It’s only the early circuit to use the Single-sided board .

Double-sided boards have the track both two sides,but if it uses the conductor trace line of two sides .it has to connect with proper circuit in two sides.The〝bridge”of circuit is called via. Via could interconnect with conductor trace line of two sides on the PCB circuit with mental hole.Because the Double-sided boards are double bigger than Single-sided boards.and the track is intricate ,it’s more suitable for circuit than complicated single-sided board.

Multi-layer boards are to increase the area of track .It takes more track circuit with single or double.When it makes 4 layers and 6 circuit layers to pass by positioning system ,dielectric bonding material and the design of conductive pattern to interconnection with a double to inner layer,two single to outer layer or two double to inner layer,two single to outer layer,well,it’s also called mulitlayer printed circuit board.The layers stands for independent track layers,it’s usually even number and contains the most outer two layers.Mass mainboard’s structure is 4 to 8 layers .However it could make less 100 layers in the technology.The large-super computer mainly use the mainboard of Multi layer.however because this computer has took place of a lot of common computer ,and more Multi layer have stopped using.because every layers has a close combination,it’s not easy to get the actual number,however it could get it if the mainboard is observed carefully .

The classification according to rigid and flexible:normal circuit board and flexible circuit board.
