V-CUT PCB board process issues

PCB processing time during the puzzle, a large part of the puzzle mode are used V-CUT ways to facilitate customers scoreboard. In this paper, some of the issues and process control methods V-CUT appearing briefly discussed:

One question: Printed circuit of V-groove machined down misaligned

Reason: Performing (a) the guide pin; Performing (2) a guide hole; (3) procedural errors; (4) a slip offset board grooving; (5) measurement technique is incorrect; (6) Printed Circuit machining of V-groove unexpected increase or drain open

Solution: If (1) A guide pin is worn to be checked and replaced if necessary. Re-align if necessary to check the alignment of the guide pin B.

(2) C Check the guide hole size.

D check for non-plated through holes of the guide hole whether it has been unexpectedly copper, the copper layer is removed, if necessary.

E Check the guide hole position and board graphic correlation between other pieces of copper.

(3) program information is correct and confirm whether the correct figure job orchid; procedures used to confirm the correct version, if necessary, correct the input data; deviation or adjust the machine's; (4) Check the air pressure machine, the necessary progress to be adjusted; fixing mechanism to check whether appropriate adjustments have been worn and fixed power; (5) the amount of time to check the alignment of the linear position measurement board; check whether the measuring probe is worn, replace if necessary; or re-calibration for equipment; (6) To confirm groove position is consistent with the blue diagram; check the machine settings are consistent with the correct information, to be corrected if necessary.

2 questions: Printed circuit set in the middle of the residual value of the residual material after grooving error

Reason: (1) sheet thickness inappropriate; (2) Set the value of the offset machine

Solution: (1) confirmation sheet thickness in accordance with the technical requirements for processing Lan figure; (2) in accordance with the specification of the device manual re-adjustment groove machine and guide wheel.

3 questions: Printed circuit groove depth is not the same

Reason: Cutter wear or damage

Solution: Check the cutter regrinding schedule, if necessary, re-grinding; If excessive wear or damage should be replaced.

4 questions: Printed circuit same moment residual metal thickness is not the same slot

Reason: (1) Operating pressure applied uniform; (2) Incorrect measurements

Solution: (1) A. device in accordance with procedures specified in the instructions, the guide wheel to adjust the pressure applied to the board. B. Check the air pressure machine. C. inspection force in the upper and lower cutter cylinder operating conditions.; (2) periodic calibration of measuring instruments.

Question 5: Printed circuit groove angle is incorrect

Reason: Cutter wear or damage

Solution: Check the cutter regrinding schedule, if necessary, re-grinding; If excessive wear or damage should be replaced.

Question 6: Printed circuit cutter wheel cause scratches on the plate

Reason: (1) excessive force guided round; (2) Wheel unclean

Solution: (1) adjust the guide wheel force exerted on the board; (2) Check the wheel, plus replace if necessary.
