PCB and PCBA are the cornerstones of electronic products. In order to improve the yield rate, circuit board manufacturers spare no effort to improve the board manufacturing process, and also use various professional testing instruments to find product defects.

What tests are required for PCBA circuit boards?
PCBA testing is the most critical quality control link in the entire PCBA processing process, which determines the final performance of the product. At present, the main test items of PCBA include ICT test, FCT test, aging test and fatigue test.
ICT test: mainly includes circuit on-off, voltage and current values, fluctuation curve, amplitude, noise, etc.
FCT test: It is necessary to burn the IC program, simulate the function of the entire PCBA board, find out the problems in the hardware and software, and be equipped with the necessary SMT production fixtures and test stands.
Aging test: It is mainly to energize the PCBA board and electronic products for a long time, keep them working and observe whether there is any failure. After the aging test, the electronic products can be sold in batches.
Fatigue test: It is mainly to sample the PCBA board, and perform high-frequency and long-term operation of the function, observe whether there is a failure, and judge the probability of failure in the test, so as to feedback the working performance of the PCBA board in the electronic product.
