Optical Power Meter (assembly)Our project is an optical power meter to measure laser power, its wavelength and spatial distribution. We designed a PCB to build an array of thermal sensors. The sensors have a BGA package, pitch 0.4mm and PCBgogo assembly services have been amazing. Everything works as expected, even if we thought that the assembly would be a hard task. The customer support has been very professionnal and timely. Overall, I would highly recommend PCBgogo amond many PCB manufacturers in China.
